Gil and Inez travel to Paris, as sort of a tag along couple with her parents, as they're traveling to France on business. Although Gil wants to take in all the culture of Paris has to offer, Inez fails to see the beauty of it, as it's clear they really have nothing in common. However, as the movie plays out, Gil begins to realize a few things not only about himself, but his place in life.
